FEES
Payment
is due upon receipt of service. Each 50 min session is $90. I will try
to answer any questions you have about fees, but you may have to
contact your insurance company for some questions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Therapy
appointments are 50 minutes in length. There is no charge for
appointments canceled with 24 hours notice. A fee of $90 is charged
for missed appointments and appointments canceled with less than 24
hours notice. Insurance does not cover this fee, so it is the client's
responsibility to pay it. Payment of this fee is due at the beginning
of the next scheduled session. Psychologists have the right to use
collection agencies and small claims court to pursue delinquent
accounts.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
I
will give you all the information you will need to get reimbursement
from your insurance company. Some insurance companies pay, some do not.
I charge all fees up front. Payment for services is your
responsibility, so I ask you to keep track of billings and payments. If
you have questions at any time, do not hesitate to ask me.
